  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and secure it within a padded shipping container to ensure the precious metals and gemstones are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
